The cottage can sleep 10 people comfortably, the four bedrooms sleep 10 people with the option of 2 people using the sofa bed found in the sitting room.<\/p>\n

The cottage is situated on the edge of Greystoke Village and is a stones throw from the imposing Greystoke Castle.<\/p>\n

The cottage is situated on the edge of The Lake District National Park and is within five minutes walking distance from Greystoke Village which offers a well stocked shop and post office, pub, Church and outdoor heated swimming pool.<\/p>\n

Ullswater [6 Miles], Keswick, Borrowdale and Bassenthwaite [13 Miles] and Penrith [5 Miles] are all within easy reach, the cottage is also 5 minutes from the M6 and the West Coast Main Line Railway with regular services from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham and London.<\/p>\n

The accommodation comprises of a large entrance hall with cloakroom and access through double doors to the garden, a generous sized sitting room with Jotul Gas Fire, 32inch HD Freeview Television, DVD player, audio system, free wi-fi, telephone point, well appointed fitted kitchen with electric fan oven, dishwasher and refrigerator and dining facilities for 10\/12 people. Utility room with washing machine and drying options and a boiler room with an extra fridge\/freezer and electric cooker.<\/p>\n

The ground floor has partial underfloor heating and radiators and includes one twin and one double room both with fitted cupboards, wet room including washbasin and lavatory, both these bedrooms are suitable for partially disabled.<\/p>\n

On the first floor, one master bedroom en suite, a twin room with the option for two extra beds and a separate bathroom.<\/p>\n

The cottage sits within half an acre of private garden which is secure for children and pets. There is a patio area equipped with table and chairs, gas barbeque. There is a lock up shed for bicycles etc.<\/p>\n
